Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026 roadmap, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop future-proof business models and market entry strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to execute cutting-edge R&D projects
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their commercial viability for our portfolio
- Develop intellectual property strategies and secure patents for breakthrough innovations
- Present visionary concepts to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles with demonstrated impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in AI, biotech, or clean energy sectors
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technologies into cohesive visions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to commercialization
