Responsibilities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 technological horizons
- Lead quantum-AI convergence research initiatives and prototype development
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in speculative design thinking
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects from concept to reality
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
