Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Present strategic innovation briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D pipeline with KPI-driven project governance
- Establish industry partnerships for emerging technology validation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology landscapes
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- PMP or equivalent innovation certification preferred
