Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework by analyzing tech trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders using compelling data visualization and scenario planning
- Drive the commercialization of 3-5 breakthrough products/services by 2026
- Mentor talent in foresight methodologies and emerging technology adoption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable market impact
