- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required portfolio)
- Proficiency in AI/ML, blockchain, and advanced simulation technologies
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth environments
