- Establish innovation KPIs and measure impact of future-focused initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech exploration
- Author thought leadership publications on societal implications of exponential technologies
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation roadmaps
- Global perspective on technological and societal disruption
