Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs focused on 2026-relevant innovations
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts to anticipate their impact on 2026 technology adoption
- Create visualizations of future-state ecosystems to communicate strategic priorities
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into business outcomes
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, SFI preferred)
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems
