Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Produce annual 'Futures Index' reports analyzing technological readiness and market disruption potential
- Design and execute strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Chair the 'Horizon Scanning' committee to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Translate complex futures analysis into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and technology foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
