Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation and adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic technology investments and risk mitigation
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough digital products/services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
