Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for next-gen markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive threats in global tech ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms for future tech incubation
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation deployment
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching technology ventures with $50M+ market impact
