- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen neural networks
- Develop patent-pending solutions for real-time language processing
- Mentor talent in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in quantum computing
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough research
- Published work in Nature/Science on neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 50+ engineers
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Strong background in securing federal tech grants (DARPA/NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
