- Manage $10M R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership papers in Nature and Harvard Business Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and semiconductor roadmaps
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA) for experimental projects
