Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for emerging domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M annually
