Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for innovation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in commercial environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)

- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
