- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends and ethical implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, venture capital, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, blockchain, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in futures methodology or technology forecasting preferred
