- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Design and execute strategic pilots for next-generation digital solutions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with leading tech innovators and academic institutions
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused decision making
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with Fortune 500 technology transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
