- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and spatial computing
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology forecasting
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/metaverse/quantum products
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps practices
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in R&D funding
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
