Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration and AI neural networks
- Lead R&D initiatives for disruptive innovations in biotech, nanotechnology, and renewable energy systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market demands through 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in the 5-year tech landscape
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive system design
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging technologies including ethical AI and data sovereignty
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with proven experience in 5-year technology forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, and neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology paradigms
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent practical experience)
- Track record of launching at least two technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
