Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Foster a culture of radical innovation and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing commercialized quantum/AI technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Experience leading R&D teams with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Strategic planning expertise with 5+ year roadmaps
