Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2030 Technology Roadmap aligned with global market trends and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Leap, Bio-digital convergence).
- Evaluate and partner with external tech vendors and startups to secure strategic assets and partnerships.
- Communicate complex technological strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive innovation labs focused on experimental technologies and future-proofing our core infrastructure.
- Assess regulatory implications of emerging technologies and recommend compliance frameworks.
- Mentor junior strategists and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product innovation.
- Proven experience in forecasting and implementing technologies with a 5-10 year horizon.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing landscapes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to global innovation hubs and tech conferences.
