Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision for 2026, aligning emerging tech with long-term corporate goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes affecting future tech.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and mentorship of top-tier engineering talent focused on futuristic technologies.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the creation of prototypes for next-gen products and validate their feasibility and market potential.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive advisory role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully predicting and implementing disruptive technology trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
