Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction models
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in the 2026 tech landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed future scenarios
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research on AI ethics or human-machine symbiosis (strongly preferred)
