- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for ecosystem growth
- Mentor junior strategists and build a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced innovation environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
