Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI consciousness
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure $10M+ in funding for moonshot projects through stakeholder presentations and investor pitches
- Collaborate with UN tech councils to shape ethical frameworks for future technologies
- Patent 3+ breakthrough innovations annually with IP protection across 15+ jurisdictions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping products using bleeding-edge tech (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging fields: quantum machine learning, gene editing, or decentralized AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-viable solutions with real-world impact metrics
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Top 1% performance in global tech innovation competitions
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) or equivalent
