Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Initiative: Define and oversee the comprehensive roadmap for the company's evolution leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Future-Tech Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing) to determine their potential impact on the industry.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies for the executive team and board members.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs and experimental projects that test the viability of next-generation technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on competitor strategies to anticipate market shifts in the 2026 economic landscape.
- Policy & Ethics Advisory: Advise on the ethical implications and regulatory compliance of upcoming technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or high-level technology consulting with a proven track record of foresight.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends, specifically in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data and future scenarios to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: High tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive approach to navigating unstructured environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
