Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2031)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with transformative market potential
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for 2026 tech horizons
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published research)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with tech roadmapping for Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
