- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and strategists to drive product excellence.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead 'innovation sprints' to prototype and validate futuristic concepts such as the Metaverse, Spatial Computing, and Generative AI agents.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product owners to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and market demands.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy within the tech industry.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-growth teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
