Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and execute a long-term technology vision that aligns with market trends and business objectives.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption of advanced Generative AI and Predictive Algorithms to enhance product capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage high-performing engineering squads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design scalable, resilient systems architecture capable of handling the demands of the next era of computing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Management: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies to ensure Apex Horizon remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or technical architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and emerging tech integration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems.
