Responsibilities

- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into actionable product roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers
- Secure patents and intellectual property for novel innovations
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive research partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record of innovative product launches
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through complex projects
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy and patent development
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
