Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 product line, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models to enhance predictive analytics.
- Oversee the integration of Web3 and decentralized protocols into existing legacy systems.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and manage vendor relationships for critical third-party technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive modeling.
- Proven track record of managing remote teams and driving project delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
