Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the company, specifically targeting advancements relevant to the 2026 era.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers in exploring breakthrough technologies including generative AI, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives and investors.
- Innovation Incubation: Establish and manage incubation labs to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Governance: Set architectural standards and ensure scalability and security across all future-facing products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams through complex product cycles.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
