Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee implementation of 2026-era technology roadmaps including AI/ML integration, quantum computing protocols, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional squads in developing future-proof systems with 99.99% uptime and zero-latency performance
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions using bleeding-edge tools like neuromorphic processors and photonic computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and emerging tech incubators
- Ensure all solutions adhere to 2026 compliance frameworks including quantum-resistant cryptography and AI ethics standards
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers in futuristic development methodologies and emerging tech expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI, quantum computing, or blockchain development
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and post-quantum cryptography
- Track record of delivering $10M+ tech projects with 3+ years of horizon planning experience
- Fluency in future-tech stack: Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and photonic computing APIs
- Certification in Quantum Leadership from MIT or equivalent institution
