Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in future-tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or blockchain 3.0
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or demonstrable breakthrough innovations
- Track record of scaling tech teams from concept to enterprise deployment
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent industry recognition
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
