Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026 innovations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and technical architects.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and proof-of-concept projects in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product management and C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Technology Adoption: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or product development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
