Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems in regulated environments (HIPAA/GDPR compliant)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth) and photonic computing
