Responsibilities
- Architect scalable 2026-ready systems using quantum-resistant algorithms and federated learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, bioinformaticians, and quantum specialists
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine using 6G-enabled edge networks
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology applications
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on next-gen space communication protocols
- Drive adoption of neuromorphic computing in industrial IoT ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and homomorphic encryption
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D projects with Fortune 500 partners
- Fluency in Q#, TensorFlow Quantum, and neurosymbolic programming
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Tier 3 government clearance
