Qualifications

- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or Advanced AI (DeepLearning.AI)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published research on 2025-2026 tech disruption trends
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong ethical AI governance background (NIST AI Framework compliance)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurology preferred
