Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead complex digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and legacy system modernization.
- Oversee the integration of AI, Machine Learning, and automation into core business processes.
- Manage cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and data scientists.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on our product offerings.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data governance standards.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP or TOGAF certification is a plus.
