Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI frameworks for 2026-era human-computer symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for quantum computing integration
- Architect neural interfaces enabling seamless human-AI collaboration at scale
- Pioneer ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems with global impact
- Drive research in explainable AI and adversarial robustness for high-stakes environments
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on DARPA-funded next-gen AI initiatives
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into deployable solutions for Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or equivalent with 5+ years applied AI research
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Deep knowledge of neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Experience with federated learning and privacy-preserving AI techniques
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
