Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI evolution, identifying emerging technologies like Agentic AI and Quantum-Ready algorithms.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure that meets future demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate technical vision into actionable business goals.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Computer Science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
