Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI solutions for enterprise clients with 2026-focused roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for next-gen AI systems
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends and integrate breakthrough technologies into product development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
- Strong background in data engineering and MLOps practices
- Experience with strategic technology planning and roadmap development
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
