Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing advanced AI systems for 2026 market needs

- Secure and manage research funding through strategic partnerships and grants
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an environment of continuous innovation
- Ensure ethical AI development and responsible deployment practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in AI research with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Proven ability to translate complex algorithms into production-ready systems
- Strong background in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems preferred
- Experience securing research funding through government/private grants
