Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and implement long-term technical strategies to align our infrastructure with the projected demands of the year 2026.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of generative AI and machine learning models into core business workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess current systems and develop migration plans towards quantum-safe cryptography and computing paradigms.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to evolving data privacy laws and security standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, AI engineering, or systems design.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and defining roadmaps 3-5 years out.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is highly preferred.
