Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias risks

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical requirements in AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company in industry ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create educational programs on responsible AI for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or regulatory compliance roles
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven experience developing bias mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
