Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Lead cross-functional committees to evaluate AI systems for bias, transparency, and safety
- Develop governance policies ensuring compliance with emerging international AI regulations
- Conduct risk assessments for high-impact AI applications in healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems
- Create educational programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape future AI governance legislation
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and industry standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks for complex systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Experience with agile development methodologies and MLOps practices
