Responsibilities

- Collaborate with policymakers on ethical AI standards
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI deployment practices
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Governance, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible AI implementation
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with bias detection tools like IBM AI Fairness 360
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
