Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 quantum-computing applications
- Lead cross-functional task forces including engineers, philosophers, and policy experts
- Conduct impact assessments on AI deployments affecting global human rights
- Develop certification protocols for 'ethical AI' compliance in autonomous systems
- Represent the company at UN summits and global tech ethics forums
- Mentor junior ethicists while establishing industry-wide best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI ethics governance with Fortune 500 or regulatory bodies
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum computing ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in at least two major languages for international collaboration
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs across global organizations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AGI, neural lace, biocomputing)
