Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry tasks for client records, scheduling, and inventory management
- Coordinate office communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist with administrative duties like filing, document preparation, and mail processing
- Maintain organized reception areas and ensure professional appearance
- Support weekend event coordination and meeting logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with 45+ WPM typing accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
