As the face of our company, you will be responsible for managing our front desk operations on weekends, ensuring our clients and visitors have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with light administrative duties and data entry as needed.
- Update and maintain the company calendar for weekend appointments.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of visitors and calls.
