Responsibilities

- Establish ESG compliance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for emerging tech deployments
- Drive innovation partnerships with startups, research institutions, and policy makers
- Quantify ROI of sustainable tech initiatives through lifecycle analysis and KPI tracking
- Mentor technical teams on circular economy principles and sustainable architecture
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in sustainability or ESG-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scaling AI/ML solutions for environmental impact (e.g., energy optimization, waste reduction)
- Certification in LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent sustainable building standards
- Experience with carbon accounting platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Demonstrated success in managing $5M+ tech transformation projects
- Advanced knowledge of renewable energy systems and grid modernization
- Strong network in climate-tech VC and policy circles
- Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Analytics
